Crossfit Diagonal, one of the first crossfit boxes in Barcelona, with more than 10 years of experience and official Crossfit affiliate, is a 300 m² space located in the heart of Barcelona, in the Eixample district. Our philosophy is to accompany you and guide you through our experience always giving you a perspective appropriate to your level and goals.
CROSSFIT
High-intensity workouts that mix metabolic exercises, strength, weightlifting and gymnastics. In groups of up to 16 people, each session is unique, with a common goal: motivation, fun and self-improvement. Suitable for all levels, ages and sexes.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
It combines strength and cardiovascular training in three parts:
Strength, core and cardio metabolic.
Strength: Various exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and more. Core: Specific work to strengthen and activate the middle zone, key to improving performance. Cardio or Metabolic: We end with exercises that improve endurance
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastic movements are performed with body weight on bar, rings, rope, wall or floor. Classes improve technique in exercises such as Toes to Bar, Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-Ups and Handstand Walk, with progressions adapted to each level. Anyone can participate, regardless of experience.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Classes dedicated to learning and perfecting technique in Olympic lifts, essential in CrossFit training. Weightlifting helps you improve strength, power, coordination, body control and mobility.
FORCE
The goal is to build a solid strength base with basic movements: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Overhead Press. We work in 6-8 week cycles, adjusting volume and intensity to measure progress. Each class includes accessory exercises to strengthen ancillary muscles and balance the body with unilateral movements.
PARTNER WOD
It is a collaborative training in CrossFit where two athletes alternate or synchronise to complete exercises. While one works, the other rests, encouraging teamwork and motivation.
